The Plot of the Factory

Any Industrial vastu analysis begins with evaluating the vastu plot. It primarily includes the shape and area of the plot. For best result, it is recommended to have either square or rectangular shaped plot for the factory. Having cuts or extension or irregular shape; leads to many vastu defects.

Apart from it, also pay attention to the inclination of the plot, if it is sloped. This is crucial to determine the ideal placement of the dry zone and wet zone of the factory. 

The Compound Wall of the Factory

While seeing vastu for factory, it is also crucial to make the compound walls perfect as per vastu Shastra. It includes making one or two sides of the compound built a little higher or thicker as compared to the rest of the walls. 

Also, it is advised to avoid keeping free spaces in some sides of the walls. You need vastu consultants to determine the same. 

Position of the Factory Unit Within the Compound 

The factory unit sit on major portion of the compound. While doing so, it provides some free spaces in each side. Unlike the residential homes, having a corridor on every side of the factory is crucial. It facilitates the space for locating parking lot, passage for vehicle entry and garden etc. 

This placement of the factory must be done as per Industrial vastu. For best result, prefer the north and east zones, followed by north east zone of the compound. It is considered to bring good profit for the business. 

Also make sure that the West and South side of the compound is not left with empty space, as it is considered as vastu defect. 

Main Gate Vastu for Factory

Let it be residential vastu or Industrial vastu, the significance of making its main entrance as per vastu rules is very crucial. This includes determining the best direction for the main gate to face towards. 

It acts as a key factor to influence many other aspect of vastu. For best result, place the main gate in the eastern wall of the compund.

Factories have more than 1 gate. So, make the main gate more prominent and encourage its usage the most by workers, staffs and logistics vehicles.
